Saab Going to the Chinese

The Swedish car maker has been purchased (and saved) by the Chinese. Saab has “signed a memorandum of understanding to sell 100% of Saab to Pang Da and Youngman.”

In a deal valued at $142 million, Pang Da purchased Saab at a discounted price, and can even pay it off in installments. The deal also still faces approval from government authorities in Sweden, shareholders, and the mysterious “certain other parties.”
